規約への同意 / Agreement to Terms

ux.gold（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただくことにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。 本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本サービスをご利用いただけません。

By accessing or using ux.gold ("Service"), operated by ux.gold, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

サービスの内容 / Description of Service

本サービスは、コンテンツクリエイター向けに以下のサービスを提供します：

• SRT/SRTLAストリーミングリレーインフラ
• リアルタイム翻訳・字幕サービス
• リモートOBS制御機能
• その他ストリーミング関連ツール

We provide streaming tools and services including:

• SRT/SRTLA streaming relay infrastructure
• Real-time translation and subtitle services
• Remote OBS control functionality
• Related streaming tools and utilities

※当社は予告なくサービスの変更・中断・終了を行う場合があります。
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

ユーザーアカウント / User Accounts

本サービスは18歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。 アカウントを作成する場合、以下の事項に同意するものとします：

• 18歳以上であること
• 正確かつ最新の情報を提供すること
• アカウント情報を適切に管理すること
• 認証情報のセキュリティを維持すること
• アカウントで行われるすべての活動に責任を持つこと
• 不正アクセスがあった場合は直ちに報告すること

This Service is for users 18 years or older. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

支払いと請求 / Payment and Billing

有料サービスをご購入いただく場合、以下に同意するものとします：

• 指定された料金を支払うことを承認すること
• サブスクリプション料金は前払いで定期的に請求されること
• クレジット制サービスは使用に応じて消費されること
• 返金は返金ポリシーに従うこと
• 価格変更は30日前に通知されること

By purchasing a service, you agree that:

• You authorize charges for the indicated fees
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Credit-based services are consumed as used
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

決済はStripeを通じて処理されます。/ Payments are processed through Stripe.

禁止事項 / Acceptable Use

以下の行為を禁止します：

• 法令または規制に違反する行為
• 違法、有害、脅迫的、中傷的なコンテンツの配信
• 他者の知的財産権を侵害する行為
• マルウェア、ウイルス等の有害なコードの送信
• システムへの不正アクセスの試み
• サービスまたはサーバーの妨害
• 無許可での第三者へのサービス再販・再配布

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Stream illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the Service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

知的財産権 / Intellectual Property

本サービスを使用して配信または作成したコンテンツの所有権はお客様に帰属します。 本サービスを利用することにより、サービス提供に必要な範囲でコンテンツを処理・送信するための限定的なライセンスを当社に付与するものとします。

You retain ownership of content you stream or create. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

ux.gold、そのロゴ、関連する商標はux.goldの財産です。
ux.gold, its logo, and related trademarks are the property of ux.gold.

第三者サービス / Third-Party Services

本サービスはTwitch、YouTube、Kick、Discord等の第三者プラットフォームと連携しています。 これらのプラットフォームの利用はそれぞれの利用規約に従います。 当社は第三者サービスの可用性、コンテンツ、慣行について責任を負いません。

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and Discord. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

免責事項 / Disclaimer of Warranties

本サービスは「現状有姿」および「利用可能な状態」で提供され、明示的または黙示的な保証（商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害を含むがこれに限定されない）は行いません。

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

責任の制限 / Limitation of Liability

法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、当社は本サービスの利用に関連して生じた間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。 当社の総責任額は、請求に先立つ12ヶ月間にお客様がお支払いになった金額を超えないものとします。

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

契約の終了 / Termination

当社は、本規約に違反する行為、または他のユーザー、当社、第三者に損害を与える行為があった場合、事前の通知なく、独自の判断でアカウントおよびサービスへのアクセスを停止または終了することがあります。 お客様はいつでもご連絡いただくことでアカウントを終了できます。

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

準拠法と裁判管轄 / Governing Law

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。 本規約に起因する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

規約の変更 / Changes to Terms

当社は本規約をいつでも変更する権利を有します。 重要な変更については、本ページに新しい規約を掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新することでお知らせします。 変更後も本サービスを継続して利用することにより、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
