基本方針 / Overview

UX IRLは無料のiOSアプリです。オンデバイス機能（ライブ翻訳を含む）は無料で提供されます。 現在、有料サービスは提供していません。将来的に有料機能を提供する場合、それはアプリの配信プラットフォームを通じて販売され、 決済は当該プラットフォームの提供者が処理し、ux.goldが直接処理することはありません。 請求・更新・キャンセル・返金は、購入が行われるプラットフォームの規約に準拠します。そのため、ux.goldが第三者プラットフォームでの購入について直接返金を行うことはできません。

UX IRL is a free iOS app. On-device features (including Live Translation) are provided free of charge. No paid services are currently offered. If paid features are offered in the future, they will be sold through the app's distribution platform, and payment will be processed by that platform's provider, not by ux.gold directly. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the terms of the platform through which the purchase is made. Accordingly, ux.gold cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through a third-party platform.

有料機能とサブスクリプション / Paid Features and Subscriptions

将来提供される有料機能（例：ストリーミングリレー／SRTLAボンディングサーバー）について：

• 有料機能はアプリの配信プラットフォームを通じて販売され、当該プラットフォームの提供者が決済を処理します
• ux.goldがお客様に直接課金することはなく、カード情報等の決済情報を収集・保管することもありません
• クレジット制や時間単位の課金はありません
• 請求・更新・キャンセル・返金は、購入が行われるプラットフォームの規約に準拠し、その手続きはそのプラットフォームを通じて行います
• サブスクリプションの管理・キャンセルは、購入元プラットフォームの設定から行えます

For future paid features (e.g. streaming relay / SRTLA bonding servers):

• Paid features are sold through the app's distribution platform, and that platform's provider processes all payments
• ux.gold does not charge you directly and does not collect or store card or payment details
• There are no credits and no per-hour billing
• Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the terms of the platform through which the purchase is made, and such requests are made through that platform
• You manage and cancel any subscription in the settings of the platform where the purchase was made

オンデバイス機能とライブ翻訳 / On-Device Features and Live Translation

オンデバイス機能は無料で提供されます。ライブ翻訳は完全にお客様の端末上で動作し、 無料で、クレジット等の課金はありません。処理される音声・テキストは端末上で扱われ、ux.goldのサーバーには送信されません。 無料の機能には購入も返金も発生しません。

On-device features are provided free of charge. Live Translation runs entirely on your device— it is free, has no credits, and involves no charges. The audio and text it processes are handled on-device and are not sent to ux.gold servers. Because these features are free, there are no purchases and no refunds.

購入の返金請求方法 / Requesting a Refund for Purchases

有料機能の購入に関する返金は、購入が行われたプラットフォームが受け付け、処理します。ux.goldが第三者プラットフォームでの取引について直接返金を行うことはできません。 返金をご希望の場合は、購入元プラットフォームの手続きに従ってご請求ください：

• 返金の請求は、購入が行われたプラットフォームの手続きを通じて行えます
• サブスクリプションの管理・キャンセルは、購入元プラットフォームの設定から行えます
• 返金の可否は、購入が行われたプラットフォームの規約に基づいて判断されます

Refunds for purchases of paid features are requested from and handled by the platform through which the purchase was made. ux.gold cannot directly issue refunds for transactions made through a third-party platform. To request a refund, follow the process of the platform where the purchase was made:

• Request a refund through the process of the platform where the purchase was made
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in the settings of the platform where the purchase was made
• Whether a refund is granted is determined by that platform under its terms

ポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

当社は本返金ポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。 変更は本ページに掲載され、発効日が更新されます。 なお、購入に関する請求・返金は、常に購入が行われたプラットフォームの規約が適用されます。

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Note that billing and refunds for purchases are always governed by the terms of the platform through which the purchase was made.
